We roast coffee from the Grupo Terruño Nayarita in central Mexico near the Pacific coast. This wash station produces consistent specialty coffee due to it’s ongoing relationship with the regional farms which guarantees that coffee is reliably high scoring but also prevents the farmers from being at risk of broker market fluctuations.
