Ethiopia

We roast two Ethiopian coffees that are both from well run mills that are integrated with local small holder farms. The Yerga Cheffe is a wet mill. And the Asikana comes from the Askikana Farm dry mill that sources from the Gidami community north of Yerga Cheffe in Kelam Welega.
