Vietnam Lac Duong Hieu Vuong -Honey Anaerbic Java
The Vuong family consistently produces this less common Java variety of arabica specialty coffee. Only a few years ago was this brought to the USA for the first time. Skillfull application of honey anaerobic processing brings out excellent flavor notes while not going overboard with the fermentation. Flavor profiles are somewhat floral with good acidity and a noticeable apple cobbler sweetness. Medium body. Available in 6oz bag, 12oz bag, or 1Kilo bag. Whole Bean or Filter Grind.
