And still more uncommon are farms producing specialty grade Canephora Robusta. To add to the uniqueness of this coffee it has been processed as a natural carbonic maceration. Coming to us from Mr Toi's Future Coffee Farm in the Lam Dong region of southern Vietnam this is a TR Varieties Robusta that has unique flavors compared to most arabicas.
